We discuss & understand your needs, create your designs, obtain planning permission (where required), building regulations, engineering and then undertake the construction work. This approach has so many advantages for all involved and we would be happy to meet and discuss this option further with you.
Build only
Already have plans? No problem, we can assist in finalising a specification and then provide you with a fixed price quotation.
If you have already obtained planning permission but still require building regulation drawings and engineering we can also help.
Foundations to flooring
The majority of our projects could be referred to as a "turn key" service. We undertake all aspects of external and internal works including the design, supply & installation of bathrooms, kitchens, office spaces and internal fitted furniture.
